The Cape Club | Supervisor (Kiawah, SC)

Focus: Luxury Operations & Project Management

 

  • Product Planning & Design: Collaborate on boutique assortment planning, supporting product selection and design decisions for branded apparel including hats, pullovers, and seasonal boutique items. Contribute to fabric, color, logo placement, and fit considerations to align products with club identity and member preferences.

  • Uniform Execution: Led the full product lifecycle for a $10K+ employee uniform and branded apparel program, including vendor selection, fabric and color choice, fit collection, design coordination, and bulk ordering within strict deadlines.

  • Retail Merchandising & Tracking: Maintain boutique inventory and daily presentation, ensuring products are fully stocked and merchandised. Track weekly sales performance and submit insights to the head merchandiser to support reorders and future product decisions.

  • Team Leadershp & Management: Lead daily pre-shift lineups to assign sections, communicate operational updates, and align the team on luxury guest service standards and brand presentation.
